Flashing & Penetration Repairs

Chimneys, skylights, pipe boots, and valley flashing all need proper replacement. Old lead jacks are cracked, skylight curbs are rotted, and chimney counter-flashing was never done right in the first place.

Material Upgrades

Ice & Water Shield Addition

No existing ice and water membrane in valleys, eaves, or around penetrations. Code now requires it, and the homeowner's insurance may too. Full membrane coverage costs more than standard felt.
