None of that was in the bid. SealedScope makes sure every subfloor repair and material upgrade is signed before you lay the first plank.

You pull up old flooring and find rotted subfloor, water damage from a forgotten leak, or multiple layers of old adhesive and tile that need removal before anything new goes down.
Asbestos-containing vinyl tile or mastic is discovered under the existing floor. Abatement requires certified removal, containment, and testing before you can proceed.
Client upgrades from builder-grade LVP to engineered hardwood, or adds the hallway, kitchen, and staircase after the living room install has started.
Rotted, water-damaged, or uneven subfloor discovered under old flooring. Sections need to be cut out and replaced, or the entire subfloor needs leveling compound before install.
Old 9x9 vinyl tile or black mastic contains asbestos. Certified abatement, containment, air monitoring, and proper disposal are required before any new flooring goes down.
Client switches from LVP to engineered hardwood, from laminate to real tile, or from carpet to heated tile. Each material has different subfloor requirements and install methods.
Scope expands from the living room to include hallways, bedrooms, stairs, or the kitchen. Custom transitions between materials and rooms add precision cutting and labor.
Concrete slab moisture levels are too high for the selected flooring. Moisture barrier, epoxy sealer, or extended drying time is required before installation can begin.
Client wants new baseboards, quarter round, stair nosing, or transition strips to match the new floor. Trim work is a separate scope from floor installation.
Rotted subfloor? Asbestos tile? Open SealedScope, describe the work needed, set the price, and snap photos of what's under the old floor.
Send the change order via text or email. Client sees the photos, scope, and cost. They sign digitally before any subfloor work begins.
Every subfloor repair, material upgrade, and room addition is documented and signed. The final invoice is bulletproof.
